Pension Wise is a free and impartial government guidance service to help you understand what you can do with your pension pot.
There are different ways you can take money from your Pension Pot, but knowing where to start can be difficult. Appointments are a 45 minute conversation, and can be face to face or over the phone, to help you understand what you can do with your own personal pension pot.

Age Cymru Ceredigion – Financial Advocacy
Age Cymru Ceredigion offers a variety of information and advice on topics such as benefits and insurance, as well as a financial advocacy service.
Financial advocacy is a free and confidential service which enables people to access service, make decisions and take appropriate action to deal with matters relating to finance.

Care and Repair
Care and Repair Ceredigion is a Home improvement advice and support service. If you are aged 60 years and over, the Agency can provide free advice and support to help you secure necessary home repairs and adaptations. Care and Repair can:
- visit you to discuss your needs
- advise on any adaptations or maintenance that are needed to enable you to live independently
- help you secure estimates from reliable contractors and assist with arranging work
- give advice on any local authority grants that may be available

Ceredigion County Council Financial Assistance – Housing
Ceredigion County Council offers a number of housing grants to assist disabled/elderly persons or those whose needs have been identified by an Occupational Therapist.
Grants include:
- Mandatory-Disabled Facilities Grant
- Supplementary – Disabled Facilities Grant
- Safe Warm and Secure
- Relocation Grant
- Emergency Home Repair Assistance Grant
